I am a Programmer interested in doing projects that makes me learn something new. I used to explore until i learn. I believe that what we learn in college is not enough. We must learn something new other than what is being taught in College and work in real-life projects to get a hands-on experience.

Complete refactoring of the code is being done by using Ruby on rails.I will link to the code once the project is over. Any query, u can contact me through my mail id.
Post processing of OCR output emphasizes on improving the accuracy of OCR by detecting the errors related to OCR. The project exploits the Google’s 1 trillion word web corpus and Microsoft’s n-gram. Bigram language models are constructed which involves extensive training data and huge word-bigram tables to be available at run time. Redis server was used to store the bigrams in RDB format. In order to handle huge millions and billions of data, multiple instances were initiated which requires high RAM and memory specifications. Using OCR specific algorithm and modified Google algorithm with string similarity and contextual correction based on Viterbi’s algorithm, 90.52% accuracy was achieved with 10% being lost in punctuations, proper nouns, contextually tricky input text and due to bigram count effects.
Software used: Google's 1-T n-gram model (Corpus), Microsoft n-gram (Corpus) and Redis Server. Languages: Python.
I will link the code asap. Any query, u can contact me through my mail id.
Athena was an International online coding event by Kurukshetra '15, where participants have to code for 20 questions in a span of 2 hours. I was part of both organizing team and web team of this event.Website was built with "Mobile first" concept as the base. The site runs on phones, tablets and PCs with no issues. We used Twitter bootstrap.
Languages: Ruby on Rails.
The project code will be re-used next year and so linking the code is not possible. However pictures of the site are linked. Any query, u can contact me through my mail id.

Languages: C# and XAML. Software used: Microsoft Visual studio. Platform used: Microsoft account authentication, Microsoft Azure cloud services.
The project is still underway and is expected to get more new features.Stay tuned.I will link the code asap. Any query, u can contact me through my mail id.
Daily price android app was submitted as part of Abacus (National level symposium of Computer Science department CEG). It provides an easy to use interface for both the seller and the buyer by providing online database for the seller to insert, delete and change price and category of the product and latest UI features for the buyer such as navigation drawer for the categories and action bar search for easy search of products. It also allows the user to add ‘to-buy notes’. The shopping cart list is sent to the buyer via email along with the contact details using which seller can make arrangements for delivery.
Languages: Java. Software used: Eclipse.
The project was done 2 years ago.The code used wont be the most efficient one and also is without comments. Any query, u can contact me through my mail id.
